Jennifer Lynn Simpson is a Los Angeles and Atlanta based singer/songwriter. Born and raised in Southern California, but with a lifetime love of country music and the songwriters of the 70's, Jennifer's music combines the simple, honest truth of country with the magic and warmth of folk and Americana. In her first year playing professionally, she won the 30a songwriter festival song competition with a song she co-wrote with Miles Zuniga of Fastball. The two recorded the song, South Walton Paradise, for the 30a album. Jennifer has worked and written with many amazing artists, and is currently opening for Rick Springfield on his 'Stripped Down Tour'. Jennifer just completed her debut album, which was produced and engineered by Grammy-winner Matty Spindel, and features some of the best musicians in the world, including Billy Sheehan, Doug Pettibone, Matt Laug and Jim Cox. The 30a songwriters festival holds a special place in her heart and she is so excited to be back. Her debut EP 'LOVE'S NOT GOIN DOWN' was released December 8th of this year along with her debut music video 'On THe Road' directed by Emmy-award winning director, Nik Kleverov.
