Born in Boulder, Colorado and raised between Paris and Los Angeles, Chris Stills infuses his multicultural influences into his work as a singer-songwriter, actor and producer. Since his debut album 100 Year Thing for Atlantic Records produced by Ethan Johns, Chris has both toured alongside of and done session work performing and recording with world renowned artists from Beck to Brandi Carlyle & Patti Smith. In 2009 Chris played Julius Caesar in the French musical, Cleopatre--The Last Queen of Egypt. For his first film Chris co-starred alongside Melanie Laurent in the French film Requiem for a Killer, which Elle magazine called, “Sublime... a revelation.” He was also in Showtime’s Emmy-winning Shameless.

He most recently became a member of Ryan Adams & The Cardinals as well as collaborated with Rufus Wainwright’s latest Grammy nominated album Folkocracy, and Chris’s songs have been featured in T.V. shows and movies including American Hustle, This is 40, and I Tonya.  Following his last record Don’t Be Afraid, Chris’s latest EP Where Love Is Found was released last September. Recorded with producer Jim Scott in one day, Chris calls it “a plea for the revival of piano rock”.
