“Guitar wizard” and “YouTube sensation” Cooper Carter’s signature mix of songwriting and fiery guitar playing has delighted audiences across the country and the world. Cooper’s viral guitar work has been lauded by the likes of Queen's Brian May and featured in Entertainment Weekly, NPR, Vox, Guitar World Magazine, Revolver, ClassicFM, and more. He has performed live and recorded with dozens of artists, including past and present 30A Songwriters Festival fellows Indigo Girls, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Jemina & Selina Sillanpää, Hannah Thomas, Wesley Cook, and Jessica Cayne, to name just a few. Cooper is also a staple performer at guitar shows across the country. He is best known to the 30A crowd as the leader of the "Purple Rain Party" and artist jam, which will return this year, as always, to close out the festival.
