Hunter Callahan


Hunter Callahan is a singer-songwriter from Atlanta, GA, whose musical journey blends blues, pop, and R&B in a way that defies the ordinary. Mastering blues guitar by 17, he became a staple of Atlanta’s indie scene, headlining venues like Smith’s Olde Bar and selling out Eddie’s Attic. His debut full-length album, Broken Hearts & Melodies, showcased his songwriting and guitar skills, catching the attention of acclaimed producer Dan Hannon (Aaron Shust, Manchester Orchestra) and renowned vocal coach Jan “Mama” Smith (Usher, Justin Bieber, Shania Twain).
Hunter continued to evolve with The Cobweb Sessions, an acoustic EP produced by Grammy-nominated Jan Smith and Jesse Owen Astin, highlighting introspective songs about love, life, and hope. His recent singles—“Masks,” “Peace,” and “Something’s Gotta Give”—explore mental health struggles, blending storytelling with melodies designed to resonate with listeners navigating anxiety and depression.
Throughout his career, Hunter has opened for artists like David Ryan Harris, the Steep Canyon Rangers, Zach Williams, Josh Garrels, and the Zac Brown Band, performing at iconic venues
such as Eddie’s Attic, the Buckhead Theatre, Terminal West, and the Tabernacle. Hunter’s authentic sound and heartfelt performances create immersive experiences that captivate audiences, making him a standout voice in contemporary music.
