Wyatt Espalin is an award-winning Americana singer-songwriter, fiddler, and storyteller whose sound is steeped in Appalachian truth. Raised in North Georgia by his grandparents, he first found voice through championship clogging and buck dancing before teaching himself fiddle, guitar, and the art of song. Wyatt’s work has earned him top honors in numerous circles — winner of the 2014 L.E.A.F. Festival New Song contest and finalist in the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival, Songwriter Serenade, and MerleFest competitions.

In 2026, he will release his debut full-length album, Lies From a Lonesome Valley, featuring special guests Amy Ray (Indigo Girls) and Grace Pettis. Wyatt’s performances bridge intimate settings and festival stages alike. His therapeutic writing has been utilized successfully with the Beyond Bars Prison Outreach sponsored by the CAA. He also writes with veterans through the Warrior Week and Music Therapy of the Rockies Programs.
